2. Billing Cycles
- Monthly: charged every month on the same date as your initial subscription.
- Annual: charged once per year on the same date as your initial subscription. Annual plans are typically priced at a discount compared to 12 months of monthly billing — the exact discount is shown at checkout.
3. Auto-Renewal
All paid plans automatically renew at the end of each cycle at the then-current price for the same plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription or by emailing hello@theauralabs.ai. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Taxes
All prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Taxes will be added based on your billing location and applicable law.
5. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment processor at the time of checkout.
6. Generation Limits — How They Work
- Daily limit resets every day at 00:00 UTC.
- Monthly limit resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC.
- Unused generations do not roll over to the next day or month.
7. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, then the new plan price from the next renewal.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
