1. Nature of the Service
Aura is a fully digital, online service. We do not ship physical products. This Policy describes how access to our subscription service is delivered and how partner reward redemptions are fulfilled.
2. Delivery of Subscription Access
- Upon successful payment of a subscription fee, your account is upgraded instantly to the corresponding plan (Pro or Premium).
- In rare cases — for example, where a payment requires additional bank-side verification — activation may take up to 24 hours from the time of payment confirmation.
- If your account is not upgraded within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact hello@theauralabs.ai with your transaction reference. We will resolve the issue or, where applicable, reverse the charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Delivery of AI-Generated Outputs
AI-generated outputs (looks, try-on results, recommendations) are delivered within the Aura app immediately after generation. Generation typically completes within seconds; under heavy load, it may take longer. There is no separate shipping involved.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep Aura available 24×7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party AI model outages, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We do not consider these “delivery failures” for the purposes of refunds.
5. XP Reward Redemptions
When you redeem XP for a partner offer:
- Digital vouchers, codes, or links are delivered to you within the Aura app and/or by email at the address registered to your account, typically within minutes and no later than 48 hours of redemption.
- Where a partner is responsible for fulfillment (for example, a coupon issued by a third-party brand), delivery timelines and any associated terms are governed by that partner’s policies, which we will display at the point of redemption.
- Aura is not responsible for partner-side fulfillment failures, but we will assist you in raising the issue with the partner if asked.
6. International Access
Aura is accessible globally. Subscription delivery (account upgrade) and digital reward delivery are not subject to international shipping fees, customs duties, or geographic restrictions, except where local law or sanctions prohibit access.
7. Failed Delivery — What to Do
If you do not receive subscription access or a redeemed reward within the timelines above, email hello@theauralabs.ai with:
- The email address registered to your account,
- The transaction or redemption reference, and
- A brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 2 business days.
